Who we are

Pricoro is the operator of the website at pricoro.com. The site lists products and listed prices so you can compare options before you buy. We do not create customer accounts, we do not take payment, and we do not ship goods. If you follow a buy link, you leave Pricoro and complete any purchase with that retailer.

Questions about this notice can be sent through the About page on pricoro.com. We will update this page if our practices change in a material way.

What this notice covers

This notice applies to the public pages of pricoro.com, including product, category, brand, search, and legal pages. It does not apply to a retailer’s website after you leave Pricoro, to Amazon.com, or to the administration area used only by our staff.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect payment cards or delivery addresses. The About page has a contact form: if you use it, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, so we can reply.

Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical logs when you load a page. Those logs typically include your IP address, browser and device type, the page or file requested, the referring URL if your browser sends one, and the date and time. We use this to run the site, diagnose errors, measure load, and reduce abuse (for example, automated scraping that overloads the servers).

If you use search, the query is sent to us so we can return results. We may keep aggregated or popular search terms to improve the catalog. Do not type passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data into the search box. Search is not a private channel.

Contact-form messages are delivered to us through Telegram so we can read them on a phone or laptop. We keep the name, email, and text as long as we need them to reply and keep a record of the request.

Information we do not sell

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade server logs, search queries, or contact messages as a product. We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on Pricoro pages.

Cookies and similar storage

The public catalog can be used without creating an account. Details of cookies, local storage, and third-party requests are in our Cookies notice. In short: we may set a session cookie for security if a form or the staff admin area is used; your browser may store a layout preference (tiles or table) on your device only; pages load a font from Google Fonts.

Third parties

Pages request the Inter font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google may process your IP address and related technical data under Google’s own privacy policy. That request happens when the page loads.

Outbound product links may go to Amazon.com. Pricoro participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If you click through, Amazon’s privacy policy, cookies, and terms apply to that visit and to any purchase. We do not control Amazon’s processing.

We use hosting, content-delivery, and similar infrastructure providers as processors to keep the site online. They see the technical data needed to deliver pages (for example IP address in server or CDN logs) under their agreements with us.

If you submit the contact form, the name, email, message, and the IP address of that request are sent to Telegram so we can read the note. Telegram’s processing is under Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and capacity planning, then deleted or aggregated. Search terms we retain to improve the catalog are kept in a form that is not used to profile you as an individual. Correspondence is kept as long as the enquiry remains relevant.

Catalog content (product titles, prices, photos, and similar) is business data about listings, not a profile of you, and is kept for as long as the catalog needs it.

Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar laws)

If you access the site from a place that requires a legal basis for processing: we process server logs and related security data on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure website; we process a search query to perform the service you asked for; we process correspondence to respond to you. Google Fonts is loaded as part of presenting the site. You can block third-party font requests in your browser; the layout may fall back to a system font.

Your choices

You can stop using the site at any time. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser. You can use browser controls to block third-party hosts such as Google Fonts. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants access, correction, deletion, or objection rights for personal data we hold about you, contact us through the About page and we will handle the request as the law requires, including verifying that we are able to identify you from the data we actually store (often an IP in a log is all we have).

Residents of California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising on this site.

Children

The catalog is a general-audience price site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this notice. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means the new notice applies to that use. If we ever collect more categories of personal data (for example accounts or a newsletter), we will say so here before that collection starts.
