The service

Pricoro is an informational catalog of listed prices and related product data. It is not a store and it is not a seller. We do not offer goods for sale, we do not take payment, we do not ship, and we do not handle returns, warranties, defects, or customer service for any product.

A buy link takes you to a retailer (including Amazon.com). If you buy something, your contract is only with that retailer. Price at checkout, tax, shipping, availability, the product itself, and any complaint, refund, or warranty are solely that retailer’s responsibility. Pricoro is not a party to the purchase and has no obligation in relation to it.

Affiliate relationships

pricoro.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Outbound Amazon links may include a tracking tag. If Amazon records a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission. That does not change the price Amazon shows you. Pricoro is not Amazon and is not endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Amazon.com, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Prices, stock, and other catalog data

Prices, stock status, specifications, photos, and similar information on the site are a snapshot from our last check of a listing. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A retailer can change the live offer at any time after our check. Charts and “last checked” times are based on what we stored, not a guarantee of the live checkout price.

You must confirm price, tax, shipping, availability, and product details with the retailer before you pay. We do not warrant that a listed price can be obtained, and we are not responsible if the retailer’s live offer differs from what you saw on Pricoro.

Acceptable use

You may browse and link to public catalog pages for personal, non-commercial reference, and you may share links to those pages. You may not, without our prior written permission: scrape, harvest, or systematically download the catalog in a way that overloads the site or copies it as a competing dataset; bypass technical limits or access the administration area; misrepresent yourself as Pricoro; or use the site to break the law.

We may rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict automated access that harms the service.

Intellectual property

The Pricoro name, site design, and original compilation of the catalog as presented on pricoro.com are ours or used under license. Product names, brand names, photos, and retailer trademarks belong to their owners. Listing them does not mean those owners endorse Pricoro.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is professional, financial, or purchasing advice. You remain responsible for whether a product is suitable and for any purchase you make.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that catalog data is accurate, complete, or current.

No liability for purchases or catalog data

Because we do not sell the goods, we accept no responsibility for a purchase, for the product you receive, or for anything that happens after you leave Pricoro. That responsibility lies entirely with the retailer you buy from and, where relevant, the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent we can, we also accept no liability for your use of the catalog itself — including a wrong, missing, or outdated price, a broken link, downtime, or a decision you make after looking at the site. You use the site at your own risk.

These terms do not take away rights that a statute says cannot be waived (for example certain liability for our own fraud). They do take away, as far as the law allows, any claim against Pricoro arising from shopping, pricing, or products sold by others.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Pricoro and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Changes and availability

We may change pages, add or remove products and categories, change these terms, or stop offering the site. The date at the top of this page will change when the terms change. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the current terms. We are not obliged to keep any particular listing online.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise. Courts located in the operator’s principal place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a qualifying consumer claim in your home courts where the law requires it.
